The Brief.

For this years team summer summer social event, White Oak finance wanted to host something different from previous years, with a festival themed party, bursting with entertainment and activities for 150 or so team members from their UK offices 

The Result.

We assisted White Oak to produce OAKCHELLA, Utilising all the spaces within Old Palace we transformed the venues rooms into a main stage area hosting various artists, a comedy stage area, a games room with two full sized pool tables, as well as providing walk about entertainment and a highlights video package. The guest feedback was amazing and we are currently working on next team social for  White Oak this autumn
