Liverpool one 15th Birthday.

The Venue.

Camp and Furnace Liverpool

The Brief.

After successfully organising events for Liverpool One for several years, we were approached to produce their internal team summer social in celebration of the 15th anniversary of Liverpool One's opening. The goal was to create a relaxed party atmosphere where team members could revisit milestones and achievements over the past 15 years.

Our task was to produce unique content for the evening, including messages from both current and former team members, as well as a retrospective of the team's highlights while working at Liverpool One. The event was meant to be a surprise for the team, adding an element of excitement to the celebration.

It was essential that the chosen venue be within walking distance of Liverpool One, allowing all team members the opportunity to easily attend.

The Result.

We developed a plan to incorporate multiple elements into the event. This included a decoy welcome area to create the illusion of a smaller event, a memory lane experience showcasing various displays throughout the years, and a main stage space for presentations and performances.

We selected Camp and Furnace as the venue for its ideal layout and flexible space  The unique aesthetic of the venue provided a relaxed vibe that was essential for the event, and its convenient location was a key factor in our decision.

New content filming took place at the client's office, this coupled with existing footage and assetts we created a total of 30 videos for the event.

The event was met with resounding success, receiving only positive feedback from attendees and the client. We continue to work with Liverpool One for various events & video projects, and look forward to assisting them in celebrating their 20th anniversary.
