The New Chester Market

The Brief.

After the success of previous live-streamed fundraising events, Hope House & Ty Gobaith approached us again to produce their biggest event yet, with the idea of bringing in a live studio audience.

This event was designed to be a variety show, serving as the highlight of their fundraising campaign and aiming to raise wider awareness. The show would include a mix of live and pre-recorded entertainment, live guest interviews, pledge moments, and a live online auction. Ensuring high-quality content was the top priority in order to keep both online viewers and in-studio audiences engaged. Our role was not only to manage the seamless production on the night, but also to film and produce pre-recorded content for the show.

The Result.

As this event included a live studio audience, we opted to deploy discreet cameras and limit the visibility of equipment to limit distractions to the in venue audience.

The event exceeded all expectations, raising over £600,000, well surpassing the initial target. The live broadcast received over 1.4k viewers and created significant engagement across social media channels.

Feedback from attendees and viewers was overwhelmingly positive. We have already been requested to produce the next Big Night Live.
